Due to our experience in the development business, relationships with contractors and engineers, and our understanding of the local market we offer consulting and management services for new developments. Most recently we consulted on Abilene Village,
a $30M+ mixed use development which had experienced some issues and needed our assistance to cross the finish line. We stepped in, quickly gathered as much information as possible and helped manage the completion of Petco, Burlington, Party City, Cheddars and the bridge connecting Abilene Village and the Shops of Abilene. (Abilene’s two largest retail developments)
